• As a Graphic Designer, your core responsibility will be producing visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple channels. • You will partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to create designs that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. • Conceptualize and design a wide array of graphics, including web pages, banner ads, social media imagery, email campaigns, and corporate collateral. • Execute designs with high visual impact that align with our branding and marketing objectives. • Skillfully use a variety of design tools, including advanced knowledge of Canva, to produce quick and engaging content. • Regularly utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for more complex and refined designs. • Collaborate with teams to refine designs and secure final approvals for production. • Adapt designs for different formats and platforms, ensuring consistency and quality. • Offer fresh and innovative ideas to keep our brand's visual content current and compelling. • Contribute to the creative process with exceptional design solutions. • Thoroughly understand brand guidelines and apply them to all creative work. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to details and deadlines. • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and team tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements. • Evaluate the performance of the design team and assist in setting career goals and performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong emphasis on digital design. • A well-rounded portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design across various media. • Proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. • Experience with digital content creation tools and understanding of design processes for social media platforms. • Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design team members. • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and web design would be advantageous. • Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
