Description

• Responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and clients. • Address candidate needs and ensure satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships. • Conduct onboarding and introductory calls for newly signed contractors. • Perform growth calls with all districts within assigned book of business. • Conduct regular check-ins with clinicians and districts. • Manage and resolve day-to-day issues for resources and clients. • Serve as primary point of contact for contractors and clients. • Mediate between clients and contractors to address unmet expectations. • Conduct site visits to contractors and clients when feasible. • Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure completion of COA contracts. • Work closely with Client Services to ensure appropriate placements.

Requirements

• Two years of relevant experience in the staffing industry or relationship-focused disciplines. • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. • Analytically and logically evaluate information, propositions, and claims. • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time. • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. • Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships. • Present self as a positive representative of the organization. • Engage effectively in dialogue.
