• At Epiq AI Labs, we’re building an AI-driven platform for legal discovery and knowledge management. • Backend Software Engineers on the team design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that drive our platform's AI and data-processing capabilities. • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and legal experts, to build solutions that solve real-world problems in the legal space. • Collaborate with teammates to architect new services, optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability, or designing robust APIs to power seamless user experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for live production environments. • Strong grasp of data structures, distributed system architecture, API design for microservices, and backend best practices. • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly incorporate feedback and uphold high-quality standards. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
