Description

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems that power AI-driven legal solutions. • Establish and uphold high coding standards through best practices, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Design and implement APIs that enable seamless interaction between frontend applications and backend systems, while integrating external services. • Optimize applications for performance, ensuring low-latency operations for data-intensive legal workflows. • Design efficient data structures and algorithms to process and analyze large-scale legal datasets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user workflows and deliver cohesive, intuitive experiences across the platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems for live production environments. • Strong grasp of data structures, distributed system architecture, API design for microservices, and backend best practices. • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly incorporate feedback and uphold high-quality standards.

Benefits

• Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Vermont, Washington or Washington, DC: The Compensation range for this role is $69,507.00 - $139,012.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. • Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
