• The Senior Project Coordinator (Sr. PC) position supports the Project Manager in project execution in the Client Services department • The Sr. PC is a subject matter expert for the team of Project Coordinators in Client Services • Act as back-up to Project Manager or Associate Project Manager • Participate in the development and implementation of a set of standards for client service staff • Research claim inquiries and communicate findings with clients and operational departments • Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance • Strive to meet the needs of the client while building internal relationships • Assist as needed with accurate forecasting of planned revenue • Provide training and mentorship to other Project Coordinators • Help support internal strategic initiatives and projects as a Subject Matter Expert

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a Project Coordinator with direct client/customer contact • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis • Critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast paced environment are required • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Access and Outlook
