Description

• Maintain complete accountability for the scope of each assigned project • Serve as the primary customer interface within the enterprise • Be responsible for planning and overseeing multiple solar projects simultaneously • Manage the project budget and report to the GM on job status updates • Ensure that the site team has the safety materials needed • Communicate the project status with the client • Track materials and equipment orders • Regularly provide feedback to field personnel regarding projected and actual completions • Ensure projects are progressing according to schedule and budgets • Create, submit, and track change orders as required • Review financials for each assigned project weekly • Manage project close-out requirements

Requirements

• Proven working experience in utility grade photovoltaic project management • Ability to oversee and report progress daily to the leadership team • Experience with basic Project Management and resource coordination • Ability to develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as the project team • Ability to meet with clients to capture project details and clarify specific requirements • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills • Ability to meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on analysis • Experience with tracking project performance and analyzing the project upon completion • Ability to delegate project tasks to project team members • Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure • Competency in Microsoft applications included Word, Excel, and Outlook • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills • Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays • Willing to work on some out-of-town projects
