• As a critical support role reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, the Project Manager provides support for project work delivered to IMEC’s clients. • This role serves as the primary point of contact for projects to which they are assigned. • The Project Manager is responsible for managing client project(s) that span across one or more departments. • The position provides oversight for project resources and schedules while leading activities for reporting and ensuring solid project performance. • This includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. • The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and program management organizational skills. • This individual will have the ability to work independently on projects, from project start to completion. • The candidate must be able to work with team members throughout the organization, under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Strong work tenure: three to five years of related experience preferred, preferably in a non-profit organization • Experience and interest in internal and external communications and Project Management skills- must be extremely organized. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, Sales Force and Social Media web platforms. • 5+ years of project management experience including tracking and planning projects • 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation
