Description

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects within the Pipeline Integrity Survey division. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. • Manage a team of surveyors and support staff. • Allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance. • Implement and enforce quality control processes. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. • Prepare and present regular progress reports and project documentation. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

• Licensed surveyor preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline integrity surveying, with a strong background in pig tracking, setting of AGM’s, dig programs, etc. • Access to pig tracking crews. • Proven track record of leadership and management in a surveying environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and CAD programs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
