Description

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution in Pipeline Integrity Survey division. • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout project lifecycle. • Direct a team of surveyors, optimizing project performance and resource allocation. • Enforce quality control processes and identify mitigation strategies for project risks. • Monitor budgets and prepare reports for stakeholders and authorities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Licensed surveyor preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline integrity surveying, with a strong background in pig tracking, setting of AGM’s, dig programs, etc. • Access to pig tracking crews. • Proven track record of leadership and management in a surveying environment, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and CAD programs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
