Description

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. • Execution: Coordinate resources and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth execution of projects. • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with media, client experience, tech, marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and senior management. • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices within the agency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. • Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite. • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
