Description

• Provide maintenance and operational support for client's Salesforce Orgs • Implement system enhancements and develop new applications • Manage all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle • Release planning and execute code deployment activities across environments • Utilize tools for project planning and document testing activities • Follow Agile methodology for enhancements • Support ad-hoc reporting requests • Create and update system documentation • Support periodic code analysis and integration with Elastic • Investigate and resolve production issues • Gather requirements and execute changes for development • Support provisioning and de-provisioning of users • Prepare for Salesforce upgrades and legislative changes • Support API integrations and document deliverables • Develop training materials and knowledge-sharing sessions • Implement feedback mechanisms for training effectiveness

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years as Project Manager • 3 years in lead capacity • 3 years in transition support • 2 years in each: Schedule management and MS Project, Risk management, Business process review, Consulting experience for projects over $5M • 2 years managing at least one Salesforce project over $5M • Valid PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification • Bachelor's degree
