• Support regulatory and legislative tracking, engagement, and advocacy • Conduct policy research and develop strategy • Draft regulatory comments and policy-related deliverables • Build relationships with stakeholders • Manage team to achieve objectives in a cross-functional role
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, environmental studies, or business • Minimum 5 years in regulatory affairs or government affairs • Knowledge of climate, energy policy, and/or building electrification • Relationship knowledge of government bodies and energy context • Adept at stakeholder collaboration • Experience in policy initiatives and regulatory proceedings • Ability to apply creative and critical thinking • Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects • Highly motivated with initiative • Success at project management with multiple projects • Exceptional communication skills • Strong commitment to Energy Solutions’ mission
