• The Project Manager (PM) plays a critical role in overseeing and executing technology projects within the organization. • This position requires a blend of technical acumen and effective communication. • As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. • Employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. • Developing and executing project plans. • Leading cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. • Engaging with mid-level management, business stakeholders, and technical teams. • Collaborating with vendors and third-party service providers. • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree is required. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and embodies a collaborative work style. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately, handle several assignments simultaneously, maintain confidential information, and produce reports in a timely manner. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. • The ability to work independently as well as working collaboratively with team members and leadership on project delivery.
