Requirements
• 3 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager or Superintendent w/ a Solar EPC/Installation firm working on commercial or multifamily projects. • Ability to manage and bring to successful completion multiple projects simultaneously. • Deep understanding of PV & energy storage system design, site selection, construction, and commissioning processes. • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written. • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, etc.) • Prior experience with project management software, ideally smart sheet. • Possess a general understanding of solar and battery incentive programs.
