Description

•The Project Manager provides management, direction and coordination for various projects and activities associated with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of Spok products to new and existing customers. •Acts as a customer-advocate and trusted advisor for long-term engagement. •Manages multiple, complex assigned projects and customer relationships. •Guides, mentors, and evaluates internal project team performance within project guidelines. •Communicates with various stakeholders, C-Suite, and internally for collaboration and resolutions. •Creates and maintains process, standards, and upgrade documentation. •Utilizes Microsoft Project for timelines and meeting recaps. •Evaluates and reports project outcomes, customer satisfaction, and concerns. •Reports project status, schedules, issues, resolutions, and completions.

Requirements

•PMP Certification (Active) •Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university •5+ years project management experience in delivery of enterprise solutions •Experience working with Healthcare IT (enterprise solutions) •Experience with clinical workflows •Experience working with clinical users/stakeholders •Customer advocate and trusted advisor mindset •MS Office Suite •Microsoft Project Preferred •Experience managing large, complex multi-year healthcare IT engagements •Relationship management at the healthcare IT leadership level (Director level, C-suite) •Project Management Office (PMO) experience •Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt/Green Belt equivalent skills
