Description
• Communicate FARE project components to tradeswomen • Coordinate workshops overcoming trauma from workplace harassment • Provide Know-Your-Rights trainings virtually and in person • Compile data and collect stories for reporting • Work with ERA’s administrative/program coordinator on logistics
Requirements
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the construction industry • Demonstrated interest in social justice and civil rights • Experience advocating for and collaborating with diverse populations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Comfortable in a tech-heavy environment
