• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or marketing • 5+ years selling solutions in the electric utility, substation, or renewable energy space • Inquisitive, honest, and problem-solving skills • Ability to consult on CAE and other software solutions • High customer orientation • Good oral and written communication skills • Strong communication, networking, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Strong business acumen • Must reside within the US and be willing to travel
