• At Eppo, we are building the future of experimentation, so that every company can have an entrepreneurial, customer oriented culture. • Our next-gen platform allows companies to 10x their volume of AB experiments by embracing the full technical rigor of engineering and statistics. • We are looking for an Event & Community Manager to join our team to plan, manage, and execute high-impact virtual and in-person events globally. • Your role will be crucial in fostering community engagement, amplifying our brand, and supporting pipeline generation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of event management experience, particularly in the tech SaaS space, with a focus on B2B and customer-facing events. Prior experience with global event coordination is a plus. • B2B Tech Audience: A strong understanding of our ICP—data scientists, engineers, and product managers—and the ability to create event experiences that resonate with this technical audience. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey complex ideas to a technical audience. • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with virtual event platforms, CRM systems (like Salesforce), and community engagement tools. • Project Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously. • Creative and Data-Driven: A balance of creative thinking and analytical skills to create engaging events while focusing on driving measurable outcomes.
