Description

• The Securities Service Specialist - Tabulation and Reporting performs a variety of operational tasks related to tabulation and reporting. • They work as a team to meet common goals associated with internal and external client deadlines. • The team facilitates key functions such as review and approval of draft proxy card content, electronic voting site review and approval, proxy job creation, and data validation. • Responsible for the timely distribution of voting results to clients within established timelines. • Required to gain understanding of tabulation and reporting requirements and interrelated functions of Shareowner Services departments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, or related fields. • Strong communication & problem-solving skills. • Financial services and/or transfer agent operations experience. • Ability to comprehend moderate to complex operational processes. • Ability to work independently and multi-task. • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and display professionalism. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability. • Self-starter with ability to follow client requests through resolution. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and utilize search tools. • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • May require the need to travel to other locations.
