Description

β€’ Manage logistics for in-house trainings to ensure a seamless training experience. β€’ Draft agreements and manage the contracting process for training programs. β€’ Ensure accurate entry and updates to participant information in our database. β€’ Navigate client questions and requests skillfully and supportively. β€’ Take on special projects to improve participant experience.

Requirements

β€’ Organized and detailed project manager with a passion for making things work well. β€’ Strong problem solver and rigorous thinker who can devise creative solutions. β€’ Excellent interpersonal and relational skills to build connections with clients/participants. β€’ Demonstrated commitment to racial and gender identity equity and inclusion.
