Description

• Manage logistics for in-house trainings to ensure a seamless training experience. • Draft agreements and manage the contracting process for training programs. • Ensure accurate entry and updates to participant information in our database. • Navigate client questions and requests skillfully and supportively. • Take on special projects to improve participant experience.

Requirements

• Organized and detailed project manager with a passion for making things work well. • Strong problem solver and rigorous thinker who can devise creative solutions. • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills to build connections with clients/participants. • Demonstrated commitment to racial and gender identity equity and inclusion.
