📋 Description

The Director of Clinical Quality will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and execution of clinical programs across Equip’s Care Delivery function. Oversee the operationalization of protocol adherence, including driving meaningful data reporting and monitoring. Identify gaps in protocol adherence and lead cross functional efforts to improve adherence metrics.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field such as clinical psychology, nursing, or social work. 5+ years of experience in program development, program management, or operations. 3+ years of management or leadership experience. Proven experience successfully implementing complex programs and leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong analytical and data management skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the proven ability to build successful and effective relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.
