📋 Description
• Equip is looking for a Scheduling Operations Specialist to support our patient and family scheduling needs. • This individual is responsible for ensuring consistent experience for patients and families in accessing Equip providers. • The Scheduling Operations Specialist supports care collaboration with external providers. • Update provider schedules in line with workflows. • Follow established workflows to create a positive experience for patients / families. • Conduct proactive outreach to patients with appointment gaps. • Schedule patients initial intake appointments. • Provide input on workflows to improve patient satisfaction. • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner. • Adapt to organization and team needs as required.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required. • Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail. • Ability to navigate ambiguity. • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams. • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures. • Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR).
