📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable (AP) operations for Equip. • Ensure timely and accurate invoice payment and maintain relationships with vendors. • Expertise in company policies and streamline practices for adherence. • Administrator for Ramp including approving new credit cards and troubleshooting. • Review credit card charges and process bills for payment. • Manage vendor contracts and comply with contract payment terms. • Handle complex data sets to identify errors and raise questions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting or a related role. • Proficiency with Excel. • Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Google Suite. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. • Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability. • Self-starter who is resourceful, loves to learn, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access to treatment.
