📋 Description

• Equiscript is seeking an experienced staff accountant to support our growing finance department by providing a variety of accounting and financial tasks to ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. • This position requires strong accounting and organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written skills. • This position will work under the Controller and interact with various other departments daily. • This position will also serve as backup for ADP Payroll Processing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in finance/accounting or position-related field • Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field preferred • Experience and proficient PC skills (Gmail, Google Apps, web-based programs, Excel or Google Sheets) • Experience processing payroll in ADP • Work with ERP systems a plus - Equiscript uses NetSuite
