Description

• Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for execution of development strategies. • Collaborate with Marketing and Development Staff, CEO, and Chief of Staff. • Project manage timely completion of deadlines and donor engagement activities. • Manage donor acknowledgment process and Salesforce development data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall professional experience. • Strong interest in development, fundraising, and communications. • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and complete assignments with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workplace. • Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information and present it in a variety of formats and styles. • Ability to self-start and manage up, as well as communicate effectively across multiple teams and with multiple staff members in various locations around the country. • Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus. • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
