β€’ We are looking for a reliable and responsible Operations Manager to help our team and support their operations throughout the globe. β€’ Oversee company operations to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. β€’ Supervise and manage all aspects of company purchasing and merch logistics. β€’ Managing company license subscriptions, as well as researching and acquiring new licenses for all departments based on the requirements. β€’ Permanent Analytics on user activity for subscriptions β€’ Policy improvement for license subscriptions β€’ Facilitate communication and collaboration among the operation team. β€’ Continually improve company policies for optimal performance. β€’ Develop comprehensive documentation for internal processes and procedures. β€’ Work closely with end-users to address their requirements and concerns effectively.

Requirements

β€’ Proven extensive experience in the role of Operations Manager. β€’ Strong communication and organizational skills. β€’ Ability to implement and enforce best practices. β€’ Ability to quickly think through unanticipated issues and troubleshoot them is crucial. β€’ High problem-solving skills β€’ Be flexible and open to change. β€’ Proficiency in documenting processes and procedures comprehensively β€’ Experience working remotely.
