Description

• ERG is a research and consulting firm providing support to federal, state, and commercial clients. • Offers multidisciplinary teams with nationally recognized skills in various fields. • Seeks highly motivated candidates to ensure quality under EPA and other federal contracts. • The role involves managing quality assurance for numerous contracts. • Positions range from full-time to half-time with additional training provided as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree (minimum GPA 3.0) • At least five years of relevant experience as a quality manager or in a similar or related role • Demonstrated commitment to quality and excellence • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead when appropriate • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks, many with tight deadlines, to meet project goals • Strong project management skills • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Experience with work that must meet federal (e.g., EPA, Food and Drug Administration, Department of Defense) QA requirements • Familiarity with QA standards, systems, processes, and/or tools • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel • Qualifications or experience in engineering or science disciplines (a plus) • Experience with work and/or quality management under EPA and/or other federal contracts (a plus) • Knowledge of analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving techniques necessary to perform professional scientific/engineering work (a plus) • For one of the positions, local to the Research Triangle Park, NC, area (to enable occasional visits to and work at our RTP locations) (a plus)
