Requirements

• A degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in environmental, civil, or water resources engineering or natural science • 5 to 10 years of experience with wastewater management and NPDES program implementation • Implementation of industrial pretreatment programs and/or evaluation of treatment technologies at industrial facilities • Familiarity with municipal wastewater treatment plant operations and technologies • Experience with operation and maintenance and asset management practices, such as Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) programs • Organizational and project management skills • Effective communication and technical writing abilities • Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • Willingness to travel to conduct fieldwork
