• You'll play a key role in nurturing and expanding sales opportunities while providing continuous support to our valued Eriez customers. • Your focus will be on our range of equipment designed for the food processing, packaging, and plastic industries across the Benelux and Northern France regions. • Connect with key customers within your assigned territories to boost our brand visibility and drive strategic market growth. • Source, appoint, and manage ideal third-party agents for specific territories and industry segments to foster rapid growth. • Cultivate strong relationships and provide tailored quotes for magnetic separation and metal detection solutions, serving both heavy sectors and light industries with a consultative and solution-focused sales approach. • Dedicate 90% of your time to discovering and nurturing new and existing customer accounts. • Take a proactive stance by reaching out to potential customers and conducting technical site visits or surveys when needed. • Maintain detailed records of all communications with customers in our CRM system, with a strong emphasis on proactive lead management. • Ensure ongoing alignment with our strategic goals through consistent communication with our corporate management team. • Engage in frequent sales travel within your designated region and occasional trips to the USA when beneficial. • Represent Eriez at various exhibitions in the UK, Europe, and the USA as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in B2B/Industrial Sales is a must—especially if you’ve supplied equipment for food processing, packaging, or plastics • Fluency in English and at least one other language relevant to the region (Dutch or French) is important. Knowing both Dutch and French would be a fantastic plus • Proven experience in sales within the Benelux region • You should be able to effectively manage major accounts by confidently engaging with both senior and junior stakeholders • We want someone who isn't hesitant to make calls and can successfully close deals • You should feel comfortable making independent decisions when the situation calls for it • An excellent track record in sales planning, market analysis, and budget management is essential • You’ll need to prioritize your tasks, set and achieve sales targets, and meet deadlines effectively • Being well-organized and able to plan and justify travel within your assigned territory is key • A commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to accept mentoring and constructive feedback is important • You should have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues
