• Own and drive the product roadmap for our construction management product line. • Develop features and functionalities that enhance project execution and quality. • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and product managers focused on growth and field operations. • Identify high-opportunity market segments, conducting customer and stakeholder interviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with 2+ years in a startup environment • Proven experience building software products in a B2B setting with a focus on operational efficiency • History of working with engineering and design teams to ship sophisticated products that balance rapid iteration with excellent user experience • Ability to collaborate with software engineers and understand the technical implications of product requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders • Exceptional at breaking down complex problems into manageable solutions and clear iterations • Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
