• Resideo Grid Services is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to drive the technical development and integration of our energy ecosystem. • This role will focus on architecting and enhancing the platform’s capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination across devices and systems, and delivering innovative, scalable solutions. • At Resideo Grid Services, we empower utilities, partners, and customers to achieve energy efficiency, savings, and grid reliability through intelligent software and connected devices. • This role centers on the technical strategy and coordination of devices such as thermostats, water heaters, batteries, and EVs, ensuring the platform aligns with Resideo Grid Services' broader product vision and technical requirements. • You will work closely with engineering teams, energy scientists, salespeople, and other product managers to design and deliver an ecosystem that meets customer needs, supports market demands, and sets the standard for reliability and innovation. • Your priority will be to coordinate and optimize the technical capabilities of partner technologies to deliver a cohesive and high-performing ecosystem. • By fostering alignment across teams and managing the technical roadmap, you will ensure our solutions are positioned for long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on software and services product development. • 5+ years of experience leading technical projects in energy, IoT, or SaaS platforms. • Proven ability to architect and manage ecosystems that integrate multiple technologies or devices. • Strong track record of developing and managing technical roadmaps with disciplined decision-making. • Demonstrated expertise in aligning product strategy with technical requirements and customer needs. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software lifecycle practices.
