📋 Description
• As a Senior Product Manager, Credit, you will own the end-to-end development of our lending products, shaping the roadmap to align with Step’s broader business goals. • You’ll use data-driven insights to define priorities, work cross-functionally to execute product strategies, and collaborate with external lending partners. • Over time, you will build and lead a team of product managers, each specializing in different areas of credit.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer fintech or credit products. • A track record of scaling consumer credit products, from ideation to launch and growth. • Strong analytical skills, with experience using BigQuery, Looker, Segment, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders. • Deep customer empathy and a passion for building products that deliver real value. • A proactive, outcome-oriented mindset with a bias for action. • Bonus: Background in software engineering or technical product management.
