📋 Description

• Sortly is on a mission to empower businesses with intuitive and innovative tools to seamlessly manage and optimize their inventory, assets, and consumables • The role is critical to Sortly’s success because we’re looking for someone who can bring strong product leadership, deep customer empathy, and a data-driven approach to execution • You will play a key role in driving the development of new features, optimizing current ones, and identifying new opportunities that align with our strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS • Inventory management, asset tracking, or related domains are a plus • Strong collaboration skills working with tech and non-tech internal and external audiences • Strong understanding of software development processes, including working closely with engineering teams to assess feasibility and scope • Extensive experience conducting user interviews, synthesizing feedback, and translating insights into actionable product decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in using tools like Amplitude, Looker, or Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and results to executive stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like, agile environment • A self-starter with a bias for action and a relentless drive to make an impact • Ability to work across multiple time zones when needed (e.g. development team is in IST)
