📋 Description
• Own the product strategy: Define and lead a product strategy that puts customers first and delivers on business goals • Be the Customer Expert: Get to know our customers inside and out—identify, validate, and prioritize their biggest needs to guide what we build • Drive Impact: Assure you’re balancing the right mix of investments based on confidence, opportunity size, and time to impact • Build great products: Partner with design to create intuitive, high-quality experiences that delight users and solve real problems • Work Agile: Drive continuous value to the community and the business through iterative product development • Inspire: With a well-defined and transparent vision, strategy and insights that you communicate to your team and the broader business
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, including: • 3+ years building products focused on consumer or two-sided (B2B2C) marketplace • Demonstrated success identifying opportunities, defining and launching excellent products that you can connect to business impact • Demonstrated success building adoption for established products • Experience using lean, user-centric, and insight-driven product development methodologies • An ability to break a roadmap down into experiments for testing hypotheses • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment • Have an owner-mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
