📋 Description

• As the Sr. Product Manager for Payments, you will act as the strategic driver for payments initiatives, ensuring successful alignment of business strategy with prioritization and delivery of the PatientNow payments roadmap. • This will require cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization to deliver a truly integrated payments experience that both delights practices and supports their revenue growth strategies. • Specifically, drive increased unit growth (new and back book), increase adoption and retention rates with existing customers and drive increased volume and revenue growth to meet company targets. • In this role, you will own: discovery with customers; creation of requirements that align to user needs; ideation with design/UX to produce designs and prototypes; collaboration with tech teams to ensure successful delivery of defined requirements; coordination with internal stakeholders including product marketing, sales, marketing, service delivery, and support to bring new payments capabilities to market.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years in a dedicated product management role, with ownership of a backlog and roadmap • Experience launching a new feature or product to customers in a B2B context • Fluent in English with excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills • Experience wireframing and prototyping, rapid prototyping and other design tools • Experience conducting discovery to gather and consolidate requirements through discussions with customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders • History of writing user stories with acceptance criteria for the software development life cycle • Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the elective medical industry • Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Exceptional process and organizational skills with the ability to mobilize change • Familiarity with the SDLC, Jira, Kanban, Confluence
