Description

• As the FP&A Specialist you will help design, develop, and maintain our data pipelines, databases, and analytical systems. • This role supports data-driven decision-making across the organization by delivering accurate and timely reports and improving data processes. • This position reports to the Director of Global FP&A. • Responsible for all functional support aspects of current FP&A applications. • Experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow forecasting. • Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting by working closely with Corporate Finance FP&A Controllers. • Work with finance, operations, and Vertical Leaders to understand reporting needs, gather requirements, and ensure that the data provided supports strategic goals. • SQL Script Development: Writing and maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract, transform, and load data. • Troubleshooting and Support: Assisting end-users with report-related issues. • Automation and Optimization: Streamlining data processes by automating routine tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting • 5 to 7 or more years of Program Finance or Cost Accounting experience / relevant experience or Master's with 2 plus years’ same experience. • Experience with financial statements, including income statements, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow • Experience within Professional Services or FinTech industry.
