• eSimplicity is a modern digital services company partnering with government clients • Seeking experienced engineers to deploy groundbreaking technical solutions • Ideal for a forward-thinking data scientist passionate about AI/ML • Collaborate with engineers to build, scale, and maintain AI/ML pipelines • Drive innovation, optimize processes, and contribute to strategic direction of AI/ML initiatives • Communicate findings and provide actionable recommendations to leadership • People-management support to a team of 3-5 engineers

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, data profiling, and data management • Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, or related field • Deep understanding of various machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) • Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, PySpark, R, SQL, Scala, Java, or C++ • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc. • Experience in AWS cloud platform and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Jupyter Notebooks, and Databricks • Experience with Github and CI/CD pipelines • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills • Desire to dig in, learn and contribute to new challenges • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
