Description

• Drive the global consumer marketing strategy and positioning for FACEIT and its portfolio of products. • Responsible for expanding adoption of FACEIT by driving new user acquisition, engagement and retention. • With direction from product, lead all go-to-market campaigns for FACEIT, with end-to-end accountability for targeting, positioning, and execution, with a strong focus on digital and performance tactics. • Leverage output from insights and analytics to develop a global view of FACEIT users that informs channel and content plan. • Lead the development of the annual marketing strategy, GTM plans and budget management to fuel the growth and success of the direct-to-consumer and ensure annual revenue and business performance targets are met. • Manage and allocate marketing budget in an effective and timely manner to support the business priorities and commercial revenue targets. • Drive the global rollout and adoption of a new rebranding strategy for FACEIT. • Work directly with the Brand & Creative team to inspire creative output for FACEIT that reflects the brands verbal and visual identity and supports the product growth ambitions. • Work seamlessly with Product Marketing and the wider Product team to understand and amplify the product releases planned. • Be the center of the marketing offense, leading efforts for integrated cross-functional plans in collaboration with the marketing peers in Fan Engagement & Creators, Brand & Creative, Consumer Commerce, Merchandise, and Planning & Operations. • Own and build effective relationships with relevant external agencies and stakeholders. • Direct and guide your own team’s ability to prioritize and maximize resources for all marketing initiatives related to the FACEIT.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing management experience minimum • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent. Master’s degree or equivalent preferred. Relevant additional experience will be accounted for instead of a degree. • Well-rounded product and marketing experience with advanced knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and communications management. • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing strategies to drive growth • Extensive experience in developing one-to-one communication on a mass scale • Strong experience working closely with media teams or agencies • Experience with brands focused on entertainment, culture or youth preferred • Excellent analytical skills • Ability to collaborate and drive cross-discipline programs • Strong initiative, creativity, sense of drive and ambition • Consistent record of handling projects in different stages of maturity, and stakeholders in both commercial, product and engineering teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Impeccable process management skills; able to get results across multiple parallel processes across multiple regions • Experience with subscription-based programs, loyalty programs and rewards-based programs is a plus
