📋 Description
• Lead the assigned value stream including matrix team and assigned vendors • Ensure fulfillment of agreed manufacturing services for clinical and commercial supply • Monitor and ensure execution of production plan and delivery schedule • Create and execute the Production Plan and Schedule to maintain targeted inventories • Direct the change management activities to support new product launches • Troubleshoots and problem solves as necessary
🎯 Requirements
• B.S. in Business, Pharmacy, Engineering or Life Sciences from accredited college or university • CSCP or CPIM certifications are highly preferred • Minimum of 8 years increasing responsibility in Supply Chain and Manufacturing, focused on the pharmaceutical industry • Demonstrated MRP/ERP skills, including at least one implementation of SAP, Oracle, etc. • Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Strong ability to analyze complex issues to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs, and recommendations • Strong understanding and working knowledge of cGMPs for pharmaceutical development and commercial operations
