📋 Description
• Leverage experience in GIS, business analysis, and consulting to implement solutions • Work in a collaborative team environment to analyze customer needs and develop solutions • Provide expertise with requirements gathering, estimation, design, development, and implementation of Enterprise GIS solutions • Research and analyze existing processes and develop strategies for enhancement • Actively participate in the preparation of proposals • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes • Develop effort estimations and assist the Project Manager in project schedules • Act as a technical mentor and advisor to other resources
🎯 Requirements
• University degree or college diploma in the field of GIS, geomatics, geography, computer science, business administration, or equivalent • 10+ years of consulting experience in providing GIS solutions • 7+ years’ experience with Esri’s ArcGIS product suite • Experience in building sophisticated solutions using enterprise GIS technology • Proven experience with producing business and technical documents • Demonstrated business acumen in establishing effective consulting relationships • Experience in facilitating discussions and leading workshops • Knowledge in user needs analysis and techniques used to solve business problems • Ability to motivate, coordinate, and lead multidisciplinary teams • Ability to negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders • Ability to act as technical expert in pre-sales presentations
