📋 Description
• Oversees the insurance billing operations for services at Essentia Health. • Coordinates and monitors collections of outstanding accounts receivable. • Ensures compliance of rules and regulations for cash flow maintenance. • Monitors metrics and reports for timely staff activities. • Conducts quality and productivity reviews of staff members. • Organizes, schedules, and supervises staff for adequate coverage and prompt responses.
🎯 Requirements
• Two years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare. • Preferred: Experience with EPIC, Home Health, Skilled Nursing and/or Hospice Billing and pre-services. • Associate's degree or at least 64 credits completed towards a Bachelor's degree. Bachelor's degree must be completed within three years of hire or transfer. • No certification/licensure required.
