Description

• The French Program Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing French language courses and resources. • Develop and revise French language programs, including curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials. • Ensure alignment with educational standards and language proficiency frameworks (e.g., CEFR). • Collaborate with teachers, linguists, and other stakeholders to integrate innovative teaching methods and technologies. • Conduct needs assessments to tailor the program for various learner groups. • Provide professional development and training sessions for educators and language instructors. • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback. • Stay up-to-date with language acquisition research and trends to continually improve the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Experience in curriculum design and program development, specifically for language education. • Proficiency in French and understanding of language acquisition principles. • Strong communication and project management skills.
