Description

• As the Americas Marketing Assistant, you will drive marketing initiatives across the Americas region. • Execute field marketing strategies that generate leads, engage prospects, and support sales objectives. • Create marketing assets and ensure the integrity of marketing lists and data. • Support AMER field marketing activities in alignment with global goals. • Identify market opportunities and key decision-makers. • Assist with webinar presentations and marketing collateral. • Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce for sales and marketing data. • Manage logistics for events, including sourcing venues. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in field marketing or a similar role. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and using Content Management System. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
