Description

• Develop and maintain successful relationships with partner network. • Manage contracted KPIs and seek to optimize partner network and processes. • Act as a trusted advisor ensuring compliance with company policies. • Identify and solve areas of opportunity to improve partner performance.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of validated experience in partner or vendor management preferably with global BPOs. • Proficiency with Looker or other BI reporting tools is a plus. • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights to influence at all levels. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including presenting to stakeholders. • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment. • Experience leading projects with multiple collaborators. • Experience leading other PSMs is a plus. • A self-starter with remote work experience. • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
