Description

• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of systems. • Manage incident responses and post-incident reviews. • Optimize system performance and conduct performance testing. • Oversee change management processes and coordinate with stakeholders. • Lead disaster recovery planning and documentation. • Manage system capacity and handle traffic spikes. • Monitor and manage SLA compliance and report on metrics. • Maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC scripts. • Monitor service availability and implement uptime measures. • Keep operational procedures and documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) role. • Experience in incident management and on-call responsibilities. • Proficiency in performance optimization and testing techniques. • Solid understanding of change management processes. • Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution. • Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform. • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS. • Deep understanding of DevOps culture and practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
