📋 Description
• Join a visible team at Eventbrite that shapes technology strategy and delivers profits. • Identify optimization opportunities in Salesforce and manage integrations. • Maintain data quality, ensure seamless data flow, and enhance efficiency. • Support QA, testing, User Acceptance Testing, and be active in the Salesforce Community.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience supporting the Salesforce platform. • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder. • Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and connected apps. • Experience supporting other GTM Tools (HubSpot, Groove, Churnzero, Conga, Docusign, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Lightning interface and Flow Automation. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Understanding of business analysis and ability to document processes and technical functionality. • Strong customer service mindset and desire to help solve problems. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
