📋 Description

• The Senior Salesforce Administrator (remote) is responsible for advanced configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform. • Focus on hands-on execution of complex technical tasks, delivering scalable solutions, and meeting evolving business needs. • Works independently or alongside developers and stakeholders to tackle challenging projects, driving efficiency and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Design and implement sophisticated workflows, validation rules, custom objects, and automation using Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or Lightning Components. • Execute large-scale data migrations, deduplication, and enrichment projects using tools like Data Loader, DemandTools, or ETL platforms. • Develop intricate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using tools like MuleSoft or REST/SOAP APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. • Take ownership of Salesforce projects like platform upgrades, new module implementations, or org consolidations. • Create detailed documentation and training materials to support end-users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 4-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, with a proven track record of tackling complex, enterprise-level projects. • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required. Advanced certifications strongly preferred, such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant. • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning Experience). • Strong understanding of integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, or APIs) and data management platforms. • Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, or Lightning Web Components to collaborate with developers (coding not required). • Experience managing sandbox environments and deployment processes. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Marketing Cloud implementations. • Background in managing large Salesforce instances (500+ users or multiple orgs). • Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for data tasks is a plus.
