📋 Description
• Manage, support, and enhance Pluralsight’s Salesforce environment. • Handle all basic administrative functions including user management, reports and dashboards, Flows, data compliance, and system audits. • Prepare for Salesforce critical updates and releases. • Assist with managing production and lower environments. • Partner with other team members and departments to refine, estimate, develop, test, and release enhancements. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to help junior members as well as peers. • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend new solutions. • Manage through the business context and pressures of a fast-paced team. • Execute solutions design activities such as data mapping and object modeling. • Support end-users in real-time with issues related to Salesforce.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive hands-on experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. • Salesforce Administrator Certification • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce-specific DevOps tools like Copado, Salesforce DX, Gearset integrated with Jira. • Advanced expertise with Salesforce Flow design, development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. • Proven experience delivering work in a dynamic Agile environment. • A comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Experience working in a remote team.
