🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Certinia ERP and PSA modules • Advanced knowledge of Certinia and Salesforce architecture, data modeling, development practices, and integration methodologies • Ability to navigate, understand, and interpret Apex and Visual force code for advanced troubleshooting • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, formulas, custom objects and fields • Hands-on experience with data migrations, integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi) • Strong understanding of how to manage user access, permissions, profiles, roles, and data security within Certinia and Salesforce • Deep experience with implementing and managing system upgrades, patches, and enhancements • Excellent project management skills • Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience participating in or leading Agile teams • Track record of leadership and mentoring skills
