📋 Description
• Legal Ops Reviewers ensure demand letters we deliver are accurate, effective, and high quality. • Check that demand letters drafted adhere to drafting standards. • Edit demand letters using our proprietary online portal. • Collaborate and train Legal Operations Associates to ensure excellent quality. • Work with a monthly quota and receive performance bonuses for exceeding it.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with copywriting/editing or technical writing • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration with the ability to patiently give and receive constructive feedback • Outstanding organization and time management skills • Self-starter • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with the ability to swiftly pick up new processes and software • Knowledge of personal injury law, medical summaries or underwriting is a plus
