Description

• EvenUp is on a mission to support injury law firms across America in providing a consistent and high standard of representation. • As EvenUp’s first dedicated People Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping how the People team collaborates with the business to provide high impact support. • You will work closely with leadership, managers and employees to drive people and culture strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in People, including at least 3+ years as a People Business Partner or Generalist in a high growth company. • A bachelor's degree is required; bonus points for an advanced degree in organizational psychology, business, HR management, or other relevant field. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR transformations and strategies, initiatives, and programs that support organizational goals • Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with a wide variety of audiences • Ability to influence and energy to get things done with an iterative approach and willingness to manage strategy, change management and execution • Ability to strike the right balance between accountability, performance and empathy • Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to translate "HR speak" and data insights into an accessible, influential narrative. • High ownership mentality, superior project management abilities, and excellent attention to detail are a must. Thrives on getting things done both quickly and accurately. • Maintains the highest standard of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity; demonstrated judgment and ability to deal with sensitive matters effectively • Possesses deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations as well as extensive experience with HR best practices across the employee lifecycle. • Knowledge and prior experience with a non-exempt population is a plus
