Description

•EvenUp is on a mission to support injury law firms across America in providing a consistent and high standard of representation. •The VP of Legal will lead our legal function, driving excellence across commercial contracts, employment law, privacy, and international compliance. •Oversee all legal matters, including commercial contracts, privacy, and compliance. •Provide legal opinions on confidentiality and data handling practices.

Requirements

•6+ years of legal experience, including corporate, employment, and commercial law. •Proven track record of managing complex contracts and compliance issues. •Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams. •Experience with legal setup and compliance in international markets, particularly Canada and India. •Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. •Admission to a state bar in good standing; multi-jurisdictional experience preferred.
